"Yujian", Hanghzou, China, 2025

“The Source” is a textile-based photography series that explores the sacred path inward: toward the self, the source, and the infinite whole we all belong to. Each landscape becomes more than a visual record: it acts as a mirror, reflecting the silent truth that we are not separate from nature, but inextricably part of it.

The inspiration for this series emerged gradually. Since 2012, I’ve been taking photographs, and over time I noticed that, without consciously choosing to focus on landscapes, nature kept returning to my frame. It was an intuitive pull, a quiet call toward reconnection. Through personal experience and in witnessing others, I’ve come to see how easily we become disconnected from our sense of self, from love, and from the unity that holds everything together. Nature became my teacher,  a path back to self-acceptance and to the realization that healing begins within. In remembering that we are already whole, we open the door to love — first for ourselves, and inevitably, for all.

The collaboration with Yujian made it possible to materialize this vision in a tactile, immersive format. The integration of photographic works into textile form allowed viewers to engage with the imagery not just visually, but physically, reinforcing the core message of presence, grounding, and return.
